Our Story

We have grown our expertise primarily within the commercial sector, managing and facilitating corporate/VIP delegations, hosting dinners and seminars, and establishing valuable connections with high-net-worth clients from all parts of the globe, with many becoming personal friends of the team.

We have experience with organising and managing company participation in worldwide events, such as sporting contests, boat shows, and aviation displays, to name but a few.

What We Do

We put a lot of time into building relationships with clients across the world of business, getting to know them so well that we can anticipate their needs and find a way to exceed their expectations. We then do just that, organising their schedules, supporting their lives, and arranging events and experiences that they'll never forget.

Wayne Hadley

Wayne Hadley, Company Founder/Director

With a background in aviation spanning 25 years, Wayne spent 14 of those years working for Italy's largest helicopter manufacturer, managing its corporate and VIP client base, developing an extensive global network of contacts, facilitating VIP delegations, and arranging company participation in aviation shows.

Taking everything he’d learned, he went on to form ConciergeUK and Concierge International, using his experience and connections to establish a truly exceptional level of service that would grow and adapt to suit his clients’ requirements.

Beth Hadley, Event Manager (Part-Time)

Beth spent most of her youth abroad, attending the International and European schools of Milan, becoming a proficient communicator in both Italian and French Languages, allowing her to inherit the necessary skills to become a competent facilitator and organiser. She studied BA (Hons) in Sports Development & Coaching before joining up with Pirelli F1 as an Account Executive, attending all the F1™ Grand Prix on the racing calendar.

We are delighted to have Beth on-board, and look forward to ConciergeUK achieving even more success.

Barbara Cesana, Executive Supervisor

Barbara has over 19 years experience of customer service, having worked for American Airlines (Milan) as a Premium Customer Supervisor for corporate accounts and speaks Italian (mother tongue), English, French & Spanish. She also has experience in trade shows and fairs in Milan, with Mattel Toys, Warner, BVI and event coordination as a a freelance for Oceans.

More recently Barbara was a key figure of our management team for the Farnborough International Airshow 2016, acting as an interpreter/translator and the concierge desk at the show. And the Paris Airshow 2017 as a supervisor for our hostesses working with our client Bombardier.
